Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 25 September 2026
This policy explains when a booking with THE FLYING BOX COURIER AND CARGO can be cancelled and what charges may apply.
1. Before pickup
If you cancel a booking before the shipment is collected, we will try to stop the pickup. Charges already paid may be refunded as set out in our Refund Policy, minus any non-refundable booking or processing fee already incurred.
2. After pickup
Once a shipment has been collected, cancellation is not always possible. If the parcel has not left our facility or been handed to an airline or partner, we may accept a cancellation request and return the goods, subject to handling and return charges.
3. After export or transit
After a shipment has been exported, tendered to a carrier, or entered customs, it generally cannot be cancelled. You may still request delivery changes where the destination partner allows it. Extra fees may apply.
4. Customer-caused cancellations
A booking may be treated as cancelled if pickup fails because the sender is unavailable, documents are incomplete, or the goods are restricted or incorrectly declared. Related pickup or attempt charges may still be payable.
5. How to cancel
Send a cancellation request through the Contact Us page as soon as possible. Include your booking or tracking number and the reason for cancellation. We will confirm whether the shipment can still be stopped.
6. Related policies
Refunds after an accepted cancellation follow our Refund Policy. Service rules are in our Terms & Conditions.
