- Pack goods so they can travel safely
- Declare contents and value truthfully for customs
- Pay freight, duties, taxes, and any extra charges that apply
- Do not tender prohibited, illegal, or undeclared restricted items
3. Prohibited and restricted items
We do not accept items that airlines, shipping lines, or destination countries forbid. Restricted goods may need extra documents or licences. We may refuse, hold, or return a shipment that does not meet these rules.
4. Charges and payment
Quoted rates depend on the information you give us. The final charge may change after actual weight, dimensions, or service type are confirmed. Duties and taxes at destination are usually paid by the receiver unless otherwise agreed.
5. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited as allowed by applicable carriage rules and any declared value cover you purchase. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by customs, incorrect addresses, insufficient packing, force majeure, or acts of third-party carriers beyond our reasonable control.
6. Claims
Notify us of a loss or damage claim as soon as possible and provide photos, invoices, and the tracking number. Claims made after an unreasonable delay may not be accepted.

Content on this website is for information about our services. You may not copy or misuse it. Tracking information is provided as received from carriers and may not always be real-time.
