Shipping Policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

This policy describes how THE FLYING BOX COURIER AND CARGO handles collection, transit, and delivery of shipments.

1. Services

We offer international courier, commercial shipments, air freight, and sea freight. The service you choose affects transit time, documentation, and cost.

2. Booking and pickup

A booking is confirmed after we receive required details and, where asked, payment. Pickup is arranged for the date and window agreed. If the shipment is not ready, a second attempt or extra charge may apply.

3. Packaging

Goods must be packed to withstand handling and international transport. Use strong cartons, cushioning, and clear labels. We may refuse poorly packed items or require re-packing at your cost.

4. Documents and customs

You must supply invoices, packing lists, IDs, and any licences needed for export or import. Customs may inspect, hold, or return a shipment. Duties and taxes are usually payable at destination unless we have agreed otherwise.

5. Transit times

Published or quoted delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery depends on flight or vessel space, customs clearance, remote-area delivery, and local holidays.

6. Tracking

Use the Tracking page with your airway bill or tracking number. Status updates come from our partners and may take time to appear.

7. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address given at booking. A signature or local proof of delivery may be required. If the receiver is unavailable, the destination partner may reattempt delivery, hold the parcel, or return it. Extra charges can apply.

8. Restricted goods

Dangerous goods, perishable items, cash, and other restricted articles may be refused or need special handling. Ask us before booking if you are unsure.

9. Questions

For shipping questions, use the Contact Us page. Related rules are in our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
